Construction of RV garage + guest suite & loft / 2nd-story
Across the years, our designers and builders have done everything from simple RV garages (with no custom features) to custom homes like the one shown below. Shown to the left is the 2-story RV garage with an attached guest suite and covered patio (and this building is to the rear of the main home).

By the way, soon after these photos were taken, the property sold for $715,000 in late 2017. (Although we can custom-design stand-alone RV garage additions as well as custom homes built just for you, this project was not designed for a specific buyer, but for immediate listing and sale.)

The designs have included garages that were attached & detached, single-story & multi-level, plus many sizes (including lots of big RV garages with an apartment, as well as a few smaller garages with an attached guest house). What's the typical process from design to permitting to construction?
Generally, most people who contact us about an RV garage or custom home do not already have architectural drawings (or even a sketch of a possible floorplan). So, one of the first steps is to help you the homeowner to prioritize your interests, then present a few relevant design options to review.
Relative to the target budget and other priorities, our experts can make recommendations so that the final details are easy for you to select. Soon, the finished architectural drawings will be ready to be submitted to get the building permit.
Below are the floorplans for each of the 2 stories. These plans were reversed (like the reflection in a mirror) to make the garage shown here. You can click an image to get a full-screen view. Also, the upper level was left open as a loft (instead of building a bathroom and enclosed workspace / storage area).

On the left below is the doorway to the guest quarters on the lower level. Next is a photo from the main area: a sitting area that opens to a full kitchen.
