Meet Our Team

Of all of our construction specialists, the one with the most new projects in both 2022 and 2023 was Kent.

The newest part of our team features several structural engineers and other blueprint specialists. They will prepare your architectural plans at very competitive prices, especially considering the rapid time to approval of the building permit.

Ileana is a structural engineering specialist and one of our newest team members, joining us in early 2024. She has been an estimator of construction projects for years, plus an on-site supervisor of commercial projects for tenant improvements.

The construction drawings and structural sheets are used by our network of over 200 estimators serving more than 30 states. The estimators are the ones who mainly meet you (the public) in person. You will see them for site visits, then for balancing the project details with your desired budget to reach an agreement, and finally as they manage your construction service (all the way from the groundwork to passing the final inspection).

J.R. is a project planning consultant and has been with us since early 2016.

Behind the huge team of builders and the small team of structural engineers and architectural specialists, we also have a tiny team of office support staff. Most interactions with the public will begin with our office staff (often just by email). However, other than occasionally handling the initial research into what options are legal for you, our support staff will not be the key people for your project.

Bruna originally graduated with a degree in civil engineering but now serves northern Utah to provide estimates and manage construction projects (including residential and commercial). She is also a licensed realtor.

The key people will be the engineers and your local project manager. They will plan your project, get you approved for a permit, and complete the construction project (whether for building a new garage or for altering an existing structure).

Calvin, one of the construction specialists with lots of prior experience but new to us in the year 2023.

Since 2016, our operations have expanded from greater Phoenix in Arizona to three other states (in 2017) and currently serve about a dozen states primarily. Our blueprint team has been obtained building permits in all 50 states (plus at least 4 other countries). Our builders have completed many thousands of projects. Overall, we have processed well over 20,000 requests to assist people to determine whether what they have in mind is both legal and affordable for them relative to current market prices for materials and labor.

Derek specializes in construction of metal garage shells (including pole barns or post-frame infrastructures) but also handles renovations and building attached garages with brick exteriors

Although our business is specialized in new construction of custom garages, we also can assist with many things that you might not expect. Realtors are often especially pleased to learn of the range of things that we can do for people who are searching for a home to buy (or are preparing a home for rapid sale).
